I recently visited the SAS Gold Lounge at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport and found the experience to be a bit underwhelming. The lounge was quite crowded, making it difficult to find a quiet space to relax before my flight. This was a bit disappointing, especially for a lounge of this caliber.

The food selection was also limited, with only a few basic options available. While the quality of the food was fine, there wasn’t much variety, and it felt more like a light snack offering rather than a full meal option.

However, the food options were quite limited during my visit. This might be a result of recent cost-cutting measures by SAS, which was somewhat disappointing given the otherwise high standard of the lounge.

Overall, it’s a nice place to relax, but don’t expect a wide variety of food choices. If SAS can improve the catering, this lounge would be an excellent spot for business travelers.

A simple lounge with many seats that are close together (uncomfortable stools). It was really crowded when I visited this longe.

The buffet consists of hot soup, salad and some cold dishes. The chicken pieces and the chickpeas felt like they came straight from the freezer. It feels very lean and economical for being the bus lounge for SAS.

Considering what other options we have as FTL status with LH group, this definitely feel like good deal, can't be more than happy the. Other options at the airport, except you have AmEx access,
