Extremely relaxing. After a long work week, I booked a massage session with Sparadiset. The booking process was simple. The reception was good and the massage itself was exceptional. The environment is cozy and very relaxing. No stress at all. Thanks a lot. Will definitely recommend.

Cozy environment and staff  perform what you expect, but they need a wake-up call regarding the overall experience. When we arrived, I would have expected a more friendly and relaxing greeting to set the tone for a visit. We were then led to the relax lounge and passed by a Staff room where the door was open and a colleague was having breakfast and watching a video with sound on their phone. Kind of gives an unprofessional feeling to my initial customer experience.

The floating device smells weird and it feels like a bit of lack of oxygen I there.. not sure whether that is true but I was happy to get out. The massage was good and the infrared sauna too. Quite okay place to treat your partner for a date.

At same time... If you travel often.. outside Sweden you probably get better value for money.

Very relaxing spa! My husband and I booked a summer “special” couples treatment which included a epsom salt foot soak, exfoliating foot scrub/massage, dry body scrub (with scratchy gloves), and a full body massage. We thoroughly enjoyed our treatment, very relaxing and the therapists were very nice and made sure the pressure was good and that we were comfortable. Spa rooms are calm and relaxing and the staff was very nice!

Atmosphere was relaxing, masseus was both professional and caring for mine and my spouses needs. Price is reasonable for what you get and your mood afterwards will be nothing but peaceful. 10/10
