As a Korean who absolutely loves ramen, I feel confident in saying you can trust my review. I’ve tried both the Shoyu Ramen and Shio Ramen here, and they were really cool that I visited twice in two days. The effort put into the chicken broth is evident; the flavor was deep and rich. Expecting a vegetarian option at a ramen place like this misses the point. You know, it’s RAMEN. this chicken broth is crazy!

The noodles were perfectly cooked, offering a delightful chewiness and absorbing the broth beautifully. The owner even goes the extra mile to ensure the bowls are at the right temperature to bring out the full flavor of the ramen. You can truly sense the dedication and craftsmanship here. It’s amazing to experience such authentic Japanese ramen artistry from a Swedish chef. This place is wonderful!

Delicious, light, clean broth. Great, hearty meal without making you feel sluggish after. I really enjoyed how tender the meat was and the noodles were chewy and not over cooked. They also meticulously put together each bowl, tasting along the way, so I’m sure if I came again another day, it’d be at a minimum, just as good.

And for the review that complained about it not being run by Southeast Asians, this type of ramen is not even from SE Asia… so weird thing to be hung up on

I have been there many times and an also wrote 5* reviews before.  Nowadays they have only two options which taste almost the same as they are both chicken broth based, the nudels are not homemade and the pork is not grilled any longer . Also no vegetarian option exists any longer. Personally I won’t come again.

I ate ramen in many places before and even Japan. The ramen here is made with dry noodles in plastic bags that probably can be bought in any stores. The meat is cooked not flambe. The brouth tasted like it was made with chicken cubes. I don't recommend if you want to eat a good ramen!
