I recently spent 3 wonderful days with Marcus and Ingela. Marcus led several hiking and biking tours of the surrounding area.,

They were gracious hosts and provided several home cooked meals with fresh local seafood. I stayed in their guest cottage.

I did not use their kayaks, but it appears to be a very professional operation.

I took the train from Gothenburg, about 90 minutes, and they graciously picked me up and dropped me off.

I highly recommend booking with Marcus and Ingela if you want to experience the western coastal area of Sweden.

What a fun trip! My husband and I had a great time with Ingela. She was so informative on the area and wildlife. She got fantastic pictures of us so we could be in the moment and we definitely recommend them for a kayak tour!

It was really wonderful! Marcus is a great guide and a very nice person! We enjoyed a 4 hour tour incl. lunch. We saw many birds and a seal! :)) We can fully recommend the tour!!!

We booked a 3 night 4 day self guided kayaking trip. SKÄRGÅRDSIDYLLEN were excellent throughout the trip. Great information on the website beforehand, answering all our questions promptly, excellent induction on the day and communicating with us every day. We had a great time with Ingela and Marcus. They are very kind and warm people who make you feel at ease right away. They took us on a kayak tour and despite having little experience I felt completely safe. It was a wonderful trip. Then they showed us a few more beautiful places in nature and we ended with a stay in their holiday home. Wow, what a place that is. Great view over the sea and islands. Magic! Ingela and Marcus, thank you for the good care and the great experience. Definitely recommend!
