A friend and I had lunch here on a week day recently after seeing recommendations online. We arrived at 12:30, just 30 mins after opening and there was already a decent queue formed on the pavement. After approx 25 minutes waiting, we were seated. We shared a 4 seater table with another pair as opposed to sitting at the bar. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. There is a good selection of dishes on the menu and they are reasonably priced based on the portion sizes. We both opted for the oil spill wide noodles with braised beef rib. The food arrived promptly and the bowls were huge. The food was excellent quality and very flavourful. It was a very filling and enjoyable dish.
We would definitely recommend and return to try other dishes.

I did enjoy the Noodle Inn despite the 1 hr and 20 min wait in line. I think that’s exaggerated especially in modern times.

It’s 5/5 for the noodles but if you are not a meat eater, than the veggie options are really just about the noodles. That said, that’s how delicious and well done these noodles are.

Recommend the cucumber salad, the cold noodle dish (which I actually preferred over my chilli veggie wide noodle dish) and pair with a lemon drink.

Remember that you’ll be splattered with sauce. So dress appropriately. Waiters also don’t speak English well so be patient!

Good spot for hand pulled noodles. They are a machine getting you in and out. Decent sized noodle portion but light on chicken. The beef is better value with the whole bone.

Dumplings come in 6 and are good. Pork seemed a bit undercooked.

They serve fast and bill fast. Quick turnaround given the wait. Worth a visit.

My friend and I headed for an early dinner to The Noodle Inn yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Having opened about 3 weeks ago, you can see they’ve had tremendous success since they opened - when we left (around 6:30pm) the queue was on the other side of the road already.

Like many others, I recommend the Oil Spill Noodles with Braised Beef Rib. The meat just slid off the bone - extremely succulent. All dishes were delicious but I’d recommend switching up the flavours when ordering. Don’t just stick to spicy so you get to savour all the other flavours they offer!

If you are waiting in line right now…it is WORTH the wait! We waited in line around 7pm and it took about 1 hour 45 minutes to be seated. The line was organized and moved along at a decent pace. Once you were seated their service was fast and efficient. The food was great, the flavors were divine, and chili craving satisfied. We each got our own bowl of noodles, but you can easily share the noodles too. My favorite was the wontons.
