We had a reservation starting at 8:30pm for a party of 4. We all did the 7 course meal- it was amazing! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and plated, and everything tasted phenomenal/ every dish was distinctly different from the last. The sommelier was wonderful as well. The staff/ chefs kept apologizing for their English (we don’t speak a lot of French), but they were great and we understood them just fine! Overall, it was a lovely experience I would recommend for anyone to do who is looking for some creative fine dining in Quebec City.

An amazing dining experience at Le 101. We had the 3 course dinner and every dish exceeded expectations. A brilliant selection of wines were available. The night was topped off when the head chef invited my son behind the kitchen to prepare our desserts. Certainly a memorable night for us in Quebec City!

From the selection of ingredients to the plating, I could sense the chef’s dedication. I chose the 7-course tasting menu, and each dish was exquisitely crafted. The only thing I didn’t quite enjoy was the foie gras, which I found a bit too rich. I would have preferred bread that wasn’t so buttery. The consistency and attention to detail in all the dishes were excellent. I think this restaurant surpasses most of the fine dining establishments in the states.

What a fantastic experience we had at Le 101! We started with 3-course dinner but after an amuse-bouche we realized that we wanted the whole experience. The chef allowed us to switch to 7-course meal and took us on a magical journey. The food brought up beautiful memories and interesting discussions. The service was impeccable, welcoming and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Simply one of the best restaurant in Quebec City. Already at my 5th visit and cannot recommend this enough for dinner or for brunch. To be honest, one of the best breakfast you will have in Canada. I’d put it toe to toe with some of my favourite in Toronto, Montreal or BC. It’s simply an paradise for the foodies looking to have high quality food, with exceptional service and the best vibe. En underbar restaurang. Vi var där den 28 maj 2025 för middag. Vi hade drinkar på uteserveringen i förväg. Till middag åt vi 4-rättersmenyn, parad av sommelieren. Maten var utsökt, och parningarna var roliga och intressanta. Varje kurs förtjänade ett foto att skicka till familjen. Servicen är utmärkt, förklaringen av varje kurs och parning grundlig. Kommer definitivt tillbaka. Rekommenderar starkt.
