One of the best strawberry matchas I’ve had in a while. The strawberry syrup is a little hard to stir in but it tastes delicious. Nice place to hang out and get some work done. The staff bring you your drink after you go up and pay and they warm up the pastries which is a nice touch.

The only downside is if you’re sitting at the tables with benches, it’s very hard to reach the outlet because you need to basically crawl on the floor to reach the wall under the bench seats. And the bench seats sit much lower to the ground than the chairs do, depending on your stature may or may not be uncomfortable to reach the table. Nonetheless a pleasant experience (just sit at the chairs)

The drinks here are creative and magical. Ube iced latte was fabulous. Nitro oat honey cold brew was so delicious. They have strawberry matcha, tea lattes, coffees, mimosas, and more. Super impressive mixology! The warm drinks come in a lavender mug which is a huge vibe plus.

The interior has many tables and couches. Wifi, outlets, laptop-friendly, good lighting. Also great conversation spot! Ie good for working & good for catching up with a friend.

They have a few baked goods. If you come, try one of their specialty drinks or grab a hot cappuccino!

Lowkey one of the best cafe experiences of my life. Sarah the barista was KILLER. She offered us a little sample of the nitro honey oat latte and it was GAS. Like a really delicious coffee.
The ube latte was pretty good, but I’d recommend the nitro honey oat, which they can also do decaf!!
So much space to sit, good place to do work with a laptop or catch up with friends/chat.

I usually dislike everything about cafes similar to 10Dean, but I was in the area and needed a place to have a work call so I went in and was extremely pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and spaceous and had lots of different comfy seating arrangements perfect to work. The staff there was so amazing. I stayed all day working there and Cleo (pronounced CLEOWR) recommended I tried strawberry matcha for the first time which was so cute , big and very reasonably priced! Sara the manager would come around every now and then and would ask if we enjoyed our drinks … overall a space that is absolutely great if you work remote and want a balance of focus, quiet and great drinks and snacks 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 starbucks could never.

10 DEAN is a very relaxing cafe, serving various drink options of hot/iced coffees, teas, lattes and cocktails. The chai and cookie latte were incredible! For food, we tried the empanadas and baked items, which all tasted very fresh!

Highly recommend checking this comfortable cafe out, whether for a place to study/work, or just relax and chat over a few drinks!

Beautifully decorated interior that is all the vibes while sipping away on your caffeine. This is a busy location and it's attached to the condo building so the entrance is a little confusing. There are two doors right when you enter, the left one is open to the public while the right one is locked and for security reasons for the condo. However, both doors lead into the same area, so it really defeats the purpose of the locked door on the right. The space is filled with beautiful decor and art murals, staff were friendly and drinks were good. We got the iced strawberry matcha and a latte. The strawberry syrup in the matcha was surprisingly very bright and liquidly rather than a pureed syrup made in house, however, it worked and complimented the drink quite well. A 4 star for the drinks but a 5 star review for the ambiance and service! Check them out!

Came by for a decaf latte. This place is open 7 days a week including stat holidays. Latte was a smidge bitter but still good. There is a large open concept space with large tables, small tables, couches. It seems like a convenient spot to do some work. Service was quick.

I've been wanting to try 10 Dean for ages and I'm so glad I did. The barista is super nice and made the tastiest cappuccino. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but there was something so yummy about this one. It was quite busy and I got very lucky and grabbed a booth table as someone was leaving. The booth side is low so I sat on the chair end and managed to get some much needed work done. I loved how much light there was and the cafe has a modern yet cozy vibe. The downside for me was I didn't find an outlet. Super tasty coffee and highly recommended for some quick work and friend meetups.

Condo Cafe: you get to sit tall on the booths; the table was set high so you won't slouch. good industrial vibe with real/fake plants. Price is a bit on the pricy end, 5 dollars for Americano. The bathroom was filthy, and there was only one. The bathroom was a dealbreaker.

We were here on a Saturday morning, and it was not very busy, perhaps with it being the long weekend. 10 Dean is a really lovely spot to work or hang out, with various art pieces along the wall. Its cookie butter latte tasted just like a Biscoff cookie in beverage form - highly recommend. My only minor critique is that the tables selected for the couch benches were a bit too tall to comfortably work on. I also see that they host a variety of events, so I'm sure we'll be back in the near future.

This is an interesting coffee / bar shop near Chinatown. It's in the lobby of a condo. There is seating here and it is a pretty nice atmosphere.

I've been wanting to visit 10 Dean for ages and finally stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. The space was packed! There is a variety of seating options from a large community table to smaller tables and couches. The staff were very nice and after ordering you're given a number. The staff will come find you and deliver your order to your table. What I got: - Matcha Latte Final Thoughts: The space is beautiful and the drink was great. I would just suggest coming earlier to get a better seat as not all of them are the best for working from with a laptop. I'll definitely return.

If you're looking for a stunning cafe/bar to hang out with friends or get some work done, look no further, because 10 Dean is a true gem. I'm very familiar with their Yonge and Eglinton location, but this was my first time at their much-bigger Spadina location and I was blown away. The ambiance and decor is amazing. Downtown cafes tend to feel cramped, but this place was very spacious, with lots of seating and tables available. I had their cheesy foam iced coffee which I found to be very tasty and refreshing, and if that's not your style, they have an expansive option of coffee, non-coffee, and alcoholic drinks available. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back here if I need a place to study or chill.

A friend and I came to study here. We ordered our drinks but there wasn't anywhere to sit. We found a small area to sit at on a sliver of a couch. Right after we were served our drinks, we found out we weren't aloud to have our computers on the couch, and we came here to do our school work. So our time was wasted.
