We just stayed at the Wilshire for 5 nights and loved the service, rooms and overall service from every member of the team. We were upgraded to a suite which had a lovely tent set up for our toddler- she was in absolute heaven! In room dining, housekeeping and the entire valet crew were phenomenal. We also enjoyed dinner at Blvd lounge. We will come back and would recommend this hotel ten times over to everyone!
Location was also ideal! We walked to most of our dinner reservations along with our early morning erewhon walks!!

We enjoyed THE BAR and loved the Pretty Woman cocktails! David Brandt, Director of Catering & Conference Service along with Matthew McKeon (Catering Sales Manager) were terrific in showing us around for future White House Chef State Dinners we are considering. They were so nice. We then went and had dinner at Wolfgang Puck's THE CUT.

It's a great hotel, and the service is unparalleled. From the valet to the front desk and the experience managers, people are friendly and competent. And the location is, of course, iconic.

I've been coming to this hotel for quite a long time, and I do have to say I'm not a fan of the latest remodel to the rooms. The room is less functional, for example no usable desks or desk chairs, less well lit by floor, table, and accent lights, the refreshment center has an annoying automatic light that always seems to shut off when you need it and turn on when you don't (what's wrong with a switch?) The room is pretty, definitely an example of form over function. The best feature of the room is the balcony.

I also wish the menu had more classic items on it, everything is fancy and strange. What's wrong with a pepperoni pizza or a spaghetti bolognese, or a plain hamburger or club sandwich or a basic salad? Everything other than breakfast seems to have "creative" entrees.

Overall, still my favorite hotel in the area.

We stayed here for two nights after returning from Hawaii. Before arrival, everything was done to ensure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. Thank you Summer!
The rooms were beautiful, very spacious. Wonderful beds!
Breakfast and lunch were delicious, lots of choice and very sweet service. Dinner at Cut was particularly good! We had a wonderful time. Many thanks!
