I enjoyed my stay here. It’s convenient for the giants stadium and the visa headquarters. There isn’t much else around that part of town. It has a nice rooftop with a nice view. The food and drinks in the rooftop bar are pretty decent.

The hotel is quite nice in a lovely and quiet area of SF. I am leaving a 3 star for the room because the carpets are plastic/vinyl. Thankfully it is no longer outgassing but for a high end hotel, use high end materials. Plastic is gross. It is bad for your health. It is ugly and it's not nice to walk on. As someone who also travels to Europe all the time, 4 star hotels have much better amenities like saunas. The US should follow suite. Otherwise,  a great hotel and in a good and quiet area.

What an incredible hotel. Probably one of the best I’ve stayed at in the country. The employees were incredible. Very friendly, kind, and welcoming. I stayed at this hotel for one week, and felt very much at home. The decor, room, bathroom were phenomenal. I was astonished by the views of San Francisco from my hotel room.  The location is nice and has easy access to public transportation. It’s also easy to get all to the baseball stadium and Chase Center (basketball stadium). The gym had a good variety of equipment. More than I would expect from a hotel gym. I would love to stay here in the future, and have already recommended the hotel to many of my friends and family.

The hotel is super nice, has a nice gym, and a little coffee shop downstairs in the morning. The gathering room was booked so I wasn't able to check it out but it looked nice from the outside. The double king corner room was large, has a little entry way with floor to ceiling windows, bathroom is nice and remodeled,  the whole room has floor to ceiling windows with sheer and black out currents that you open and close with a button on the wall. My only complaint about the room was the beds were hard but it could be that they're just new. Parking is $91 with in and out privileges. Staff was super friendly.

I was told at the hotel at checkout that the total cost for one night and parking is $375.00

I stayed overnight for a Warriors game with my son. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, I noticed people complaining about the vinyl floors but I didn’t mind this because this meant to me that they are cleaned regularly. The food isn’t available til 4pm and we came in hungry. The front staff told me there was a pizza place around the corner. We walked over only to find it didn’t open til 4:30pm

I ordered DoorDash.

Took me a minute to figure out how to use the elevator. No one showed me.

Parking is extremely expensive in my opinion as the room for one night is already pricey. I wasn’t informed about the parking cost until I got to the hotel. I wasn’t happy about that.

I didn’t know there were ocean views either and I wasn’t offered one

The staff at the vallet are very friendly and professional and the staff at the desk were also friendly
