We were here for our daughter’s wedding….it was fabulous beyond description.  We had 180 people, most stayed on the property. All of us were happy with our rooms, valet service, breakfast, hot tub, etc., but  the wedding!! Great venue, decor was lovely. The food was unbelievable. We had hired a band, and sound was perfect. Highly recommend this Hyatt for a wedding.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was great, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. There's a Starbucks on the first floor for all you coffee drinkers which was super convenient.

This really would have been a 5 star review except for the fact that at 7 am we were woken up by construction in the hotel, hammering and drilling. This was a fun little get away and I really wanted to sleep in. To be woken up to this was very disturbing.  I understand there has to be construction, however to start it at 7 am was a little much for a hotel.

Had an amazing stay! The staff is super friendly, specially breakfast servers.

The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a short walk to all of the downtown attractions.

This is a well run property, and offers amazing value! Will definitely be back.

This hotel was so good.  Tucked away on a side street, but still easy access to bus and subway.  The hotel very clean, updated and very comfortable.  Every staff member was happy, friendly and eager to help in any way they could. There is some street noise during the night at times, but the white noise machine in the room was fantastic and ensured a restful night of sleep.

Had a great stay and will stay here again when in the downtown Chicago area.

Stayed here for my open heart surgery - for my family. Amazing hotel, but they don’t tell you that a deposit of like $250 is required per night. That’s almost $700 per night. Why I’m rating the service low and giving it 3 stars. Another patient having surgery had the same issue in front of me.

He was shocked they asked for $1,500+ for deposit when he paid in full and wasn’t prepared for that much more expense.
