There is no such thing as “5 star” service in this hotel. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The hotel is old, and the staff is on the rude side (very few are nice) and not well trained or attentive at all. We had a situation where a NEW GUEST CHECKED INTO MY ROOM, when i got to my suite @ 11AM after the gym, there was a woman with her bags in my suite. The manager said it wasn’t the hotel’s fault because the woman pointed out her room to the bellboy. I don't understand how they are able to keep their status as a good hotel. If you really read the reviews you will see many people complaining about the same problems. I am not gonna mention every single problem we had during our stay, otherwise I would be writing for a long time, but I assure you, staying here did not fulfill my expectations at all - stay at the FOUR SEASONS and i bet you will have a better experience.

Feels more like a fancy W hotel - dark, modern, moody and not my idea of 5 star compared to a four seasons etc - but food at Le Marcarda restaurant was excellent.
Pool was fun but loud - could hear people on patio well into the early hours from our 4th floor room.  Walls are also not very sound proof.  Service was excellent from wait staff.

Rocked down Interieur , not maintenance  well , breakfast team unfriendly and not service orientated . Dangerous mould  in some floors , suites for over 2k are totally overpriced .
