This place is an authentic Greek yet modern restaurant!
Being Greek I can safely say that the food is even better than Greece. This is definitely because of the passion of the owner, Panos, focused in every detail of it.
We chose kolokithokeftedes, tirokafteri, saganaki, pita bread and fries. Everything was delicious! For main courses we selected scampi and souvlaki (cooked in a sauce for more than 24 hours). Both were excellent!
As a desert we couldn’t miss loukoumades. Even the ice cream in the side was delicious.
The highlight was the Panos beer (made by the owner himself), definitely a must!

P.S. Panos is an amazing person who is open to share his story (which can also be read from his book).

Very good, enjoyed the food, lamb rack was great! My partner had the Moussaka, she said it was great!
I've read other reviews which say that the portions are rather small, which I agree with, add a 15-20% increase and foodwise you will be top notch! Will be back!

Panos Panos Tavern is a really beautiful Greek restaurant located in a residential neighborhood. The ambience is very nice and cozy. They also have a private room if you're a group of 8 people. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They recommended the Panos Drink as a pre dinner cocktail and it was quite fresh even though the taste of fennel was a bit overpowering for my liking. Their starters were delicious, especially the Panos Pita which is long baked leg of lamb in a homemade pita bread. The bread was super fresh and soft.

The main course however took quite a while to be served but the restaurant was packed, so we hoped the food wouldn't disappoint. Their Moussaka and Bifteki were delicious and filling. The others who got the Kotopoulo loved it and highlighted the chicken was marinated really well. Overall a really nice experience with the food and service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for some great Greek food.

Very pleasant decor and cozy vibe. However the high bar chairs at every table were not the best choice. The food was OK, especially by Swedish standards, but not great. The rack of lamb, wasn't really a rack of lamb,  but some kind of T bone, totally not what we were expecting and not what they used to serve according to older reviews. The meat was mostly tough and had very few chewable morsels. Portion sizes are very small.

My girlfriend took me for a dinner in Panos restaurant has it was recommended by a friend.
The food was good not exceptional, let me explain…
We ordered grilled octopus for starter and it was obviously precooked and it came warmish(on the cold side)not hot, the calamari wasn’t crispy and the Greek salad was weird the feta cheese was good quality but te salad was very basic in my opinion!
For main course I had the rack of lamb and again it didn’t blow my mind it was expensive and average there was hardly any sauce the potatoes said in the menu it was citron potatoes and it tasted like potatoes from yesterday old and the green beans were over “over” cooked!
And the restaurant wasn’t even full!
It didn’t live up to the hype
