Small airport beside sea. But i liked the green scenic beauty it offers when you enter the airport at arrival (see picture).

It has both arrival and departure at the same floor side by side. Has multiple shops for dry food, coffee and souvenir. But MUST KEEP CASH, NO CREDIT CARD WORKS EVEN IN THE ONLY COFFEE SHOP AFTER  CHECK IN.

Waiting area has enough seating and washroom was clean. You can hire tricycle just outside airport to get to any part of the city. Rent chart is attached so no need to bargain much, but must bargain on activity and also asked for hidden charges like environmental fee, jetty fee etc.

The airport is small but very cozy and the process was easy. The airport employees were very hospitable and accommodating especially since I sprained my ankle and was limping. I didn't have to ask, they changed my seat close to the door for my comfort and convenience. My favorite part is that it was only few minutes away from our hotel. Thank you El Nido! I had a wonderful time!❤️❤️❤️

It is very lovely airport. Every level of affairs is minimal. It has little cute arrival zone and fabulous view.
For leaving airport to your hotel, there are local bikes (took took) and if you want to get in car or van, you should previously book them through your hotel or companies.

Didn't spend a lot of time here because we arrived just a few minutes before boarding but the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because if you're arriving or departing here to or from Manila, then you can surely attest at how vastly superior this passenger terminal is compared to the Manila Terminal. Goodness, and the terminal fee is only 20 pesos!

PS: I like the dog sniffing exercise. I actually feel safer. (They also do this at the LAX airport the last time I was there.)

We arrived after a nice cruise of 3 days. At the moment we stepped on the port, everything went down. We had to pay the 200PHP per person to a grumpy man that was very rude. Then we tried to get out of the port by the portal, but another man made us go back inside and show us that we had to take another path, longer, to arrive at the exact same spot.
After that we were jumped at by tricycles drivers that wanted to overcharge us for a trip to the hotel.

Very clean and organized. For outbound ship passengers, you'll be required to pay Php20.00 as terminal fee. I would suggest having the exact amount on hand to avoid delays in embarking.

Don't come with ferry! The company promised us 3,5 hour tours, and it was 5,5 hours. We lost 1 day,because the startibg time is 12:30, which is the most valueable time from your day.because of this today we couldn t join any tours in El nido! Nor in Coron.... idiot organization.
When you enter you need to pay additional 200 peso,andalso 20 peso for port.
I thinkit is a good way of get rid of the tourist. I will never come back to this Island!

Cebu is more recommended! Thailand is much more recommended!
