Had a truly enjoyable visit to the Silo rooftop bar for drinks and a meal. Our host Nigel was very attentive and friendly  and gave us a top of hotel tour and some history  of the hotel also, along with taking time to take photos for us. Lisa, our waitress was also very pleasant and attentive  during our visit. We would highly recommend this experience  to anyone visiting Capetown. Prices are also very reasonable  for such an upmarket eatery. Thank you all for making it such a lovely evening.

For me, it lacked a bit of personal warmth and felt a bit too luxurious, but this aligns with what the hotel aims to offer its upscale clientele.

The service is impeccable, and every need is met with precision and care, making it clear that the staff are highly trained and attentive. The amenities are top-notch, from the rooftop pool offering breathtaking views of the city to the exquisite dining options that provide a taste of local and international cuisine. The rooms are spacious and decorated with a blend of contemporary and vintage pieces, adding to the overall luxurious feel.

Despite my preference for a more personal touch, I can appreciate that The Silo Hotel is designed to cater to those who enjoy a more polished, opulent atmosphere. It’s perfect for travelers looking to immerse themselves in luxury and sophistication. All in all, it’s an exceptional hotel for those who appreciate high-end accommodations in a truly unique setting.

Had a wonderful experience in the wisdom room. Well spoken gentleman (who's name I have forgotten) showed us amazing hospitality. Delicious food too. Only difficulty was the multi levels so had to go down 2 storeys to get to the bathrooms

What a lovely weekend we had there.  Rooms are stunning, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food is delicious so expect to eat too much,  and of course the views are spectacular.

I would say that this was the loveliest high tea I've attended. I couldn't choose a favourite and there was so much to eat that we had to take some home. Friendly service and warm inside with beautiful fine touches. I'd definitely be back
