We only dined here, so cannot comment on the rooms. (But, judging by the standard of the bar and restaurant, we assume the rooms will be top notch too).
Lovely food, beautifully presented. Excellent service. My husband liked the selection of beers. The menu and wine list have something for all tastes. We definitely recommend you come here if you are in the area

Lovely pub in a lovely location. Amazing food, the sirloin steak was absolutely delicious, and I’m a fussy steak eater. Everything on the plate was cooked perfectly. Loved the mushroom and tomato with all the seasonings. Dog friendly too, which was a bonus. Love this place.  Will definitely be back.

The service was excellent.  Efficient and friendly staff.
The sea bream was very nice.
The Baked Alaska was ok, but the meringue had failed, it was soft not crisp.
The liqueur coffee was ok, but the sugar was in a lump at the bottom of the glass.
It was pricey and they put £8.50 service charge on the bill,  which I asked about and the waiter asked would I like it taken off the bill.
I agreed to this as the meal was nice, but not perfect.  Normally, the tip is 10% of the bill, but this was at least £2 more.

We had the most beautiful meal here last night. There is one vegetarian option for the mains and an additional full vegan menu if required. We both had the vegetarian option and it was to die for! Everything was fresh and full of flavour. The truffle mushroom sourdough for starters was incredible! I haven't tasted something so well made in such a long time

The servers were attentive and catered to all of our needs. Their special cocktails from the bar were gorgeous too and quite imaginative!

We were shocked to see the bill so low at the end too! We expected it to be much more.

Highly recommend this amazing local pub and restaurant. The food is top-notch, the people are lovely, the dining room is beautiful - overall, a fantastic experience!
