Excellent location right at the train station. kind of hard to figure out how to get in but once you find it, it’s easy. I like the fact that there are numerous places to eat and shop in the train station itself.  The rooms are very comfortable.  The bathrooms have a big shower in them. The layout is perfect. The staff is very nice. Every time I came in from an excursion. They asked me how I was doing, if I had a good time, and if I needed anything. They even cleaned up the room every day!! I like to pajamas and extra as they provide.
I will definitely use the hotel again.

This is my first-choice hotel for my short one-night stay in Osaka. The hotel is right inside the Shin-Osaka Station, making it a breeze to catch the Shinkansen to your next destination. The shower cubicle was cleverly designed, without the bathtub getting in the way. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located within the Shin Osaka station which makes it easier if you are going to other cities as all trains stop by here. It is a big station with Shinkansen station and it is not as complicated as the Osaka Umeda station. Set meal breakfast was OK, 3 choices available and there are also other restaurants and many gift shops in this station. Best choice for transitting hotel.

Excellent location right in the JR station. Self check-in at the counter (level 12) with area thar you can pick up stuff you need in the room e.g coffee, tea, comb, etc. Nice big hotel lobby but room are pretty small. Hotel cleaning staff are very friendly too.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome.
The hotel has a modern decor, has all the USB, HDMI ports you would need. Yes, it is small, but it is just normal in Japan city centers. Don't expect to open a full size luggage without taking the entire floor space.  My room was for a single person, so please take that into account.
I like how their bathrooms are designed, with a big glass window that you can see all the way to the outside of the building with a view, makes the small room seem less cramped. I went there byself for business so it satisfies my needs.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the male staff that checked me in. A big guy that speaks perfect English, he lived in Hawaii for a long time (sorry, I didn't catch his name).
The location is definitly the biggest selling point of this hotel. Right above shin-osaka station, you don't even need to leave the building, and the directional signs are very clear.
By the way, steer away from the Vietnamese restaurant just next to the 3 floor entrance, it is not that great, pho wise, haha.
