Great option in Abu Dhabi to have a great culinary experience. We went for the tasting menu and it did meet (sometimes exceed) our expectations.
I really liked the oyster with caviar and Toro, and the marrow with caviar. The edamame with truffle was also noteworthy!
The service was a bit too fast at the beginning but overall it was good.

Great Value for money with the 189 AED priced Omakase business lunch.
Food is very expensive here but totally worth it with the set menu.
The service was at a top level - helpful and precise.
The food was made with high quality ingredients and tasted delicious.
Definitely deserves the Michelin star.

The restaurant is within the four seasons hotel, we visited there and enjoyed our dishes very much with very good service.
Few things to mention, the setup of the restaurant makes it very noisy if all the tables are full.
The restaurant closes early and if you are one of the last few tables, you start hearing the sound of cutlery and dishes banged against each other as the waiters clean the tables and arrange it for the next day, not a nice thing for a fine dining restaurant.
Prices are on the high side.

I've been to numerous Michellin star restaurants in my life and I was surprised by the idea of transforming a boring ingredient into a special food by making use of the original taste of the ingredient. There were a lot of people, but it's not too loud. If you want to have a dynamic weekend evening, I would recommend a good place to come with your lover or friends.

Both the food and the service are top notch. Shout out to Hashim. I have been to many Michelin star Japanese restaurant in many countries, and I'd still say this is the best Japanese food experience for me outside of Japan. Strongly recommend to try 99 Sushi out if you are in Abu Dhabi.
