The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very clean and smartly designed.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
The location is very nice as well, 15-20 minutes walk from city center and 15 min drive to airport.
There’s a DJ and music every evening so it is verified lively.
It is 5-10 minutes walk from TIVOLI gardens amusement Park that you can visit during the season.
The breakfast is amazing and you have many healthy options, gluten free, dairy free…
We had complimentary snacks to welcome us.
Overall the ambiance is peaceful, we had a great time at villa Copenhagen :)

Villa Copenhagen is a beautiful, historic post office that was fully converted to a luxury hotel. They’ve enclosed the courtyard with an arched glass enclosure to create an open lobby. The rooms are fairly large compared to other European hotels we’ve stayed in, clean, with large windows, detailed molding and comfortable bedding. Bathrooms were also a good size and the soap products they use smell amazing. Had a small dinner in their lobby and breakfast and both were good. Also got pastry from the Rye bakery connected to the hotel and that was also good. Villa is close to the Central Station, right across the street from Tivoli Gardens and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again if we were in Copenhagen.

I stayed at Villa Copenhagen in 2023 and could not speak highly enough about it. The design aspects alone are incredible. But the service, location and atmosphere are equally fantastic. The pool facilities, sauna, cocktail bar and breakfast buffet were excellent. It’s the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would make a reservation again in a heartbeat.

Really just a perfect hotel. Location can’t get much better. Staff were very accommodating - especially Emily who made my tapas experience a treat.

Breakfast was really amazing, fresh baked goods from their own bakery. Really just everything you could want.

Real plants in the room which was very much appreciated. As well as all their sustainability hacks. The pool is heated by energy from the fridges, for example.

Room 1174 - the bed is a little squeaky, just FYI @team, in case you can fix this for the next person. 😊

I came to Copenhagen to do IVF and this hotel was a really good choice for chill and stylish vibes. ❤️

With its emphasis on sustainability, the Villa Copenhagen succeeds. Perhaps better suited for a younger crowd since the live DJ played extremely loud techno music for 3 consecutive evenings until 10:30 PM. While the windows are well insulated to keep out exterior noise, the internal noise is ongoing even with housekeeping staff slamming doors into their frames.
The breakfast area is spacious and the food quality high and more than sufficient.
The location of the hotel is central and convenient. The historic aspects of the building are definitely noteworthy.
