The traditional dumplings are good, really good, but after my meal at Guli yesterday it was hard not to compare!

The vibe is AMAZING!  It’s a packed place with a line outside.  Between the crush of people and Ubereats the staff is managing a lot, but doing it well.

I orders the traditional pork dumplings, the ones with chilli 🌶️ oil and the cucumber salad.

Traditional is the way to go!

A very cute, hole-in-the-wall dumpling place, with tons of yummy side dishes and deserts. The veggie ones are fabulous, which I think is hard to do. If you like a spicy sauce, you must try the sichuan shuijiao. If I lived in Paris, I would eat here every week!

Just so delicious! Very generous portions sized! Spicy pork were the fave! Friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Food: Probably the worst dumplings I have had in my life. The “cheesy dumplings” is a terrible idea. First make decent dumplings. A good dumpling needs no further “creativity”.  It’s been perfected for thousands of years! Me and my partner only ate one piece each of the three dishes we ordered. Also the draft beer was stale.

Service: The server basically threw the plates on the table and behaved like they are serving us for free. I guess they think it is “cool” to be an a*hole to your customers is NOT.

Also both the male and the female servers were constantly eating some food in aluminum foil most likely from another restaurant (for obvious reasons - their food sucks).

I am puzzled by the five star ratings.

I’m a Dan Dan mian snob and this place gets it so damn right! spicy but tolerable. rumblings are equally delicious. Special thanks for catering to us vegetarians which (options often hard to find in France). Fun vibes and quick service.
