Though Mannam's menu is centered around hearty bowls and mains, the fresh marinated and pickled vegetables featured in many dishes provide a vibrant start or complement to any meal. Mains: Korean Classics Reinvented
Mannam’s main dishes are a testament to Korean cuisine’s rich heritage and innovative spirit. Each bowl features a choice of protein paired with a mix of fresh vegetables, sauces, and grains, allowing for a personalized feast.
- Jap Chae: Gluten-free sweet potato noodles stir-fried with marinated vegetables like carrot, mushroom, spinach, and cucumber, tossed with red cabbage, roasted sesame seeds, chili sauce, mayo, and your choice of protein including tofu, chicken, beef, grilled or raw salmon, or Oumph!
- Bibimbap: A vibrant bowl featuring marinated and fermented vegetables such as kimchi, spinach, carrot, bean sprouts, mushroom, and cucumber served over white rice, brown rice, or sweet potato noodles. Enhanced with gochujang sauce, a soft fried egg, roasted sesame seeds, and your preferred protein.
- Hoedeopbap: A refreshing mix of fresh spinach and iceberg lettuce, mango, carrot, soybeans, red cabbage, cucumber, mayo, poké sauce, and roasted sesame seeds served with your choice of protein.
- Koreansk Poké Bowl: Crisp iceberg lettuce, kale, carrot, cucumber, red cabbage, avocado, seaweed salad, mayo, poké sauce, seaweed chips, and roasted sesame seeds, complemented by your preferred protein to create a delicious fusion bowl.
- Plocka Eget: A custom bowl where you choose white rice, brown rice, or sweet potato noodles with your choice of protein and up to five ingredients from the salad bar, including avocado, mango, kimchi, red cabbage, kale, bean sprouts, cucumber, soybeans, baby spinach, iceberg lettuce, seaweed salad, marinated carrot and spinach, cooked or fried egg, and fried oyster mushrooms, finished with a dressing of mayo, chili sauce, or Korean dressing.
