I had one of the best steak tartares I’ve ever tasted at Saluhallen in Malmö. The tartare was incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The fries were extra crispy,spot-on – and the truffle mayonnaise was rich and wonderfully balanced. We also tried the meatballs, which were fantastic. Tender, juicy, and served with delicious sides that made the whole dish comforting yet refined. To top it all off, we enjoyed some lovely sparkling wine and the atmosphere was great, a perfect combination of lively and cozy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Malmö and looking for exceptional food and a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!
