So surprised when we got to experience so many spaces at the palace. Totally worth the visit!! Absolutely stunning. And lots of great stories to be told. We didn’t do an official tour, but we did get to see the change of the guard as we were leaving. I might consider an official tour next time to get more detail!

It's a beautiful palace and if this is your first time to Europe, you should certainly visit it. If you have been to other European palaces, check the photos available on the net to see of you want to spend 180 SEK on visiting. Like most palaces it is opulent and has many beautiful paintings. Begin with the apartments, this is the central attraction. The treasury contains a few crowns and swords and the royal museum has some history on the fire. Washrooms require payment at thr palace.

Absolutely, to go and see palace! There is full of art history, good stuff. When we went there the time was Guard Change Ceremony time. It’s really good ceremony.
If you buy tickets online on the website that’s faster for you. After 2 p.m. is starting being crowd.
