My wife and I have been visiting Potters over 30 years. We have seen it grow and improve. The hotel rooms are excellent being large and comfortable.
The theatre shows are wonderful and very professional. All the team enjoy performing.
There is no need to go hungry with three meals a day which are table service or help yourself. Always tempted to eat far too much.
There is a wide variety of sporting and entertainment facilities offering a wide choice if you wish to participate.
All the staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist.

We really enjoyed the evening shows. They are of West End standard.
All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were very impressed with our lovely waitress, Amy. It was a joy having our own table for every meal and her smiling, approachable manner made meal times a real treat. The food was great too.
I tried some of the activities and found them also to be run by very lovely staff.
We are not fans of bingo or bowling but still found our 4 day break very enjoyable.

Went on our first break to Five Lakes and it was truly wonderful. Accommodation was excellent so was the food. Took part in many of the activities both indoor and outdoor and thoroughly enjoyed them. The evening entertainment was first class. Have recommended Potters to all our friends and will certainly be going back early next year

My family and I have been to Potters many times, for Spring, Summer or Christmas all inclusive breaks. It really is an amazing magical place, with so much to do for children and adult children alike!! The food and drink is superb and the entertainment caters for everyone with amazing evening shows to rival the best musical and theatre productions in UK  to round off your evening.
