We have have so many good experiences at Nori in Hoover. The staff there is wonderful! The hibachi chefs are very entertaining and great with children! The food has been great every time! Hubby loves the ramen bowls and I have enjoyed the filet/shrimp hibachi and sushi.  Please go visit! You won’t be disappointed! 🍣 🍱 OH - and they do GREAT bday celebrations!!

10/10 would recommend! Everything was so good. This was my first time having coconut soup and it was amazing! I hate I stay over 3 hours away because I'd eat here 3 nights a week. The staff was so friendly and it's so beautiful inside. To my restroom ppl they were very clean as well. I will definitely come back next time I visit!

Honestly, really surprised at just how good this restaurant was. I personally had the Pad See Ew (requested extra spicy and there was no issue!)

It also has a very cute interior, food is out quick, the staff is all very polite and efficient. Wonderful restaurant.

One of our new favorite spots in Birmingham, hands down.

Visiting my family that has lived here for multiple decades, I am kicking myself for not finding this spot sooner. The Masaman Curry that I had was perfectly balanced, fresh and flavorful. The portion could feed me for 3 meals over and the presentation was beautiful. We also enjoyed the Seafood Dynamite and were so surprised and entertained by the flaming presentation! Everything we ordered was top notch.  Post pandemic  dining quality has lowered my
expectations for service and quality but Nori is raising the bar again. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Yudha for your thoughtful recommendations, surprise fried cheesecake and a wonderful memories and  dining experience!

I found a great spot for Thai food and sushi. I was hesitant at first, not usually a fan of combined food types. But, they did well with both the Thai and the sushi.

I love some nigiri and sashimi. I got to orders of the otoro, fatty tuna. This is like the wagyu of fish for me. It has nice marbling and an almost buttery flavor. So delicious. It was fresh and very tasty.

I also had the Thai curry with duck. It was very tasty. I eat a lot of Thai food. And I have spent a lot of time in Thailand. I would say this is about four out of five on the authenticity. That’s really good for Alabama. The flavors were well balanced. And, for me, the heat was just right. Had a nice kick to it. I also had a cup of coconut soup. It was really good. The flavors were perfect for me
The people are just really friendly here. I have found in my travels that south Asian people are very accommodating and friendly. They make for very good servers.

Först av jag kommer att säga jag hade bättre. Portioner wasn't clean och kvaliteten var genomsnittlig. Vad som gjorde upp för allt var den södra gästfrihet. Det nötkött noodle skål bäst skulle kunna beteckna som ett unikt pho. Den dim sum var på point. Maten var lite för dyrt för vad du betalar för. Men, verkar som hela staden var där. Ålder alltifrån den höga skolan söta hjärtan för medelålders kvinnor. Jag satt i baren.

Nori har blivit en go to för oss och jag fortsätter att glömma till höger en lång förtjänade omdömet .
Vi har besökt åtminstone månatliga för ett år eller anser jag det som ett dold pärla .
Vi älskar det -menyn och medan inte en stor meny de har gott om alternativ . Deras sushi aldrig gör en besviken mig och jag är alltid intresserade av de specialerbjudanden den kocken skapar .

Det som gör Nori verkligen stå ut är den service. Denna plats verkar vara familjeägt och de anställda vissa yngre personal. De är bara över toppen trevliga och tillmötesgående. Alla av dem . Varje gång vi kommit in.

På en dag och ålder var utmärkta servicen är inte ett givet dessa killar är en frisk fläkt . Din drink är alltid fyllt , de erbjuder bra förslag på den mat , de är alltid villiga att anpassa för att din smak och de är super vänliga .

Basil rulle bra. Tom yum soppa bra. Pad thai var inte så bra. Den kyckling det smakade som det hade varit lagade flera dagar sedan och används i dag. Hårda, torra, och med en gammal smak. Min make är maträtt hade kyckling i det, och var den samma.

Underbar Sushi färsk. Många saker på menyn. Bra och vänlig kundservice. Lätt för online och plocka upp. Också mycket trevligt à la carte i rymden. En perfekt läge för off - den - fick stryk - sökväg mysiga restaurang. Älskar det här stället.

Åker alltid här när jag området. mycket rimligt lunchmeny med snabba härliga maten. Vi hade en blandning av punkter och även de barnmeny serverades med ett leende och en extra jordgubbar för dem.

Maten var riktigt bra och läget är ut en bit från HWY 280 ( 5 minuter) så dess lättare att komma in och ut ur.

Jag än går till platsen för sushi! Personalen är alltid så vänliga och maten är alltid bra. Jag älskar att beställa ta ut från här som väl.

Åkte dit fo av ett förslag på en vän jag ess à la carte med eftersom det var nära till hans hus. Jag har kört förbi plats innan men strunta i det eftersom det sade sushi på framsidan. Jag bryr mig inte mycket till sushi. Vi finns det något sätt eftersom min vän sade att jag kan beställa thailändska foder. Vi gick. Han beställde panang curry och jag beställde kryddiga nudlar med biff och tofu. Det var så jäkla fantastisk. Jag kommer att åka dit hela tiden nu. Priserna var rimliga fyra mängden mat.

Vi stannade här efter en lång dag på vägen. Restaurangen är liten och enkel, ingen förespeglingar ... Men rent och perfekt. Personalen var fantastisk, alla leenden, mycket hjälpsam och snabb.

Maten var sååååå bra. Läckra thailändska rätter, en trevlig blandning av standard alternativ och olika vändningar. Och sushin såg fantastisk. Älskade curryrätterna och kryddiga nudlar. Nästa gång vi kommer att börja med lite sushi, den här gången vi började med Basil rullar som var fräsch, ljus och utsökt.

Jag önskar bara att vi inte lever 600 km bort. När vi bodde i närheten vi skulle vara stamgäster, äter där minst en gång i veckan. Missa inte det.

"Bryta kedjor!" Äta på detta familjeägda och köra restaurang, det är fantastiskt.

Vi ville prova en ny thailändsk restaurang och bestämde mig för Nori. Mat och service var utmärkt. Ägaren gick utöver det vanliga för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Så bra!!
