The bowls were made well, but for some reason the beef barbacoa was so spicy it was burning my face off. Its a shame when the cooks take it upon themselves to change the recipe to their owm personal preference. This ruined dinner for me and my father. Wasted 60 bucks on 2 bowls too.

I had ordered my food for about 10 minutes prior to arriving to an empty restraint. when I went to ask the cashier with glasses  the status of the order he was rude.  In the time that I had waited my order he had helped 7 people who came in AFTER  me. It would have been faster if i just ordered there instead of the online portal.  After 10 min I asked if he could check it again and he ignored me. I am trying to be respectful towards people but if you don't even have a mindset to treat people with respect don't even come into work. Please educate your staff. I only have a 30 min lunch and have to spend most of it waiting for my food.

These guys simply cannot roll a burrito. PLEASE, SOMEBODY TEACH THEM HOW TO ROLL A BURRITO! They're also not very nice and looked too stoned to function. I get it's just a Chipotle and I like the idea of a stoner making my food but these people are on mars.

Update: I really have to stop coming here because I ordered today and the guy handed me an open ended leaky mess of a burrito. Didn't fold the ends in properly like usual. Then he goes and handles the register (which im sure is unsanitary af). When I mention it he laughs and shrugs. Worst Chipotle in LA I think. I'm back at work and can't even eat this without looking like a fool. It's unedible. Also, most options weren't available to boot. Moving my review down to 1 star and I don't plan to come here for lunch ever again now. They have no pride in their work at this Chipotle.

Every time the service gets worse and worse. The portions of meat, rice, beans have become simply childish!!! HORRIBLE!

I guess cutting the steak into smaller pieces is no longer a Chipotle thing. Wish I had known in advance.

Det var första gången att smaka på äkta mexikansk mat här jag tyckte inte om någon annan mexikansk restaurang eller café. Om du har tid försöker du allt här:)

Kom passerade här till middag och det var jättebra. Personalen är på bollen, vänlig, hjälpsam och övergripande riktigt nice. Stort värde mat. Väl värt att stanna kvar.

Beställde en skål med sobritas och åt i restaurangen vid 13:30 för lunch. Inom 45 minuter, jag hade ge oss skrattkramper, diarré, illamående, feber och kräkningar. Jag trodde att det skulle vara säkert att gå till chipotle efter att de hade städat alla deras problem. JAG HADE FEL!! Aldrig har känt detta sjuk i mitt liv. ÅK INTE TILL CHIPOTLE. VAR SOM HELST. NÄR SOM HELST. ALDRIG!

Detta Chipotle är perfekt beläget i den söta lilla område om Westwood. Jag tror att eftersom de får foten trafik från universitetet och från sjukhuset de tror att de kan vara mycket oförskämd och snålt med deras mat. Vad vi gillar med Chipotle är att du kan gå till någon av dem och vet exakt vad man kan förvänta sig. De anställda här är mycket oförskämda, klädd extremt rörig (en av de unga männen hade hans boxare hängde ut från hans nedsjunken byxor och flera av dem är täckta av tatueringar med cigaretter i deras öron).  De är även hänga i främre rökfria, vilket medför att uteservering för att vara mycket obehagligt. Restaurangen och toaletterna är inte rena. Jag är inte känd för att skriva negativa recensioner så jag hoppas du litar på att detta är verkligen en hemskt ställe att ge dina pengar. Alla vi kan ta är att ledningen är mycket otrevlig till sina anställda vilket leder de anställda som har dåliga attityder. Håll dig borta från detta ställe! Det finns så många andra bra val i Westwood som jag kan rekommendera ...

Jag har provat denna plats 3 till fyra gånger och för dome skälet till att jag alltid sjuk!! Jag vet inte varför det mat som inte håller med mig
