My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always willing to help with a smile.

The facilities are impeccable, with comfortable, clean and well-equipped rooms. In addition, the common areas are cozy and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and with a wide variety of options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with first-class service. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

2nd time staying here a few months back , it was still lovely , but missing Kansas from the front of house is a real loss . The others just didn’t have the same level of customer service and friendliness as the last time I arrived here ! The rooms and some parts of the pool area are starting to show a little wear and tear in some areas too , so for $500 a night I’d expect better, I still love it but just not the same as it was 12 months Prior .

Would not recommend solo female travelers stay here.  Had several incidents happen to female associates.  They seem to target women staying alone: entering rooms unannounced, etc.  Its pretty scary.  Great location.

We didn’t have a 5* experience here unfortunately (service wise).

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and as the receptionist didn’t tell me when it was available like she said, I ended up waiting around until 1.5 hours after the room was supposed to be ready.

After finalising the bill they later took an additional $15 from our card for drinks from the mini bar which we did not have. When I messaged the hotel to ask for it to be removed they ignored me multiple times until I also mentioned the fact I suspected it was the cleaner who had taken the drinks, given a separate incident we had where she took something I had left in the room.

The extra charges are also crazy even for the US - we ordered some food for $20 and the total ended up being $40 after the delivery fee (to room), gratuity, and a random extra $4 fee which the receptionist wasn’t even able to explain.

Upsides are the location, the breakfast, and the rooftop pool is amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the U.S. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The spacious suites offered stunning views of Los Angeles, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting their high standards.

A special thanks to Maya for accommodating our request during our special occasion; her attention to detail made our celebration unforgettable. I will definitely return to The London West Hollywood whenever I’m in Los Angeles.
