Delicious food, a mix of Peruvian and Japanese. Great drinks too. The service was excellent. Our host was Ray who was very attentive with us. The atmosphere of the place is great, we went there to have dinner and had a good time with friends.

We decided to go here for lunch.  Our friends that live near Cusco recommended this place, but I was hesitant to go because I wanted peruvian foods. I am so glad we did go here. It was fantastic, and I had some of the best sushi I have ever had. Do not let the fact that it is Japanese fusion hold you back. Definitely worth a try.

We enjoyed an elegant dinner of Japanese Peruvian Nikkei cuisine after a strong recommendation from our server Elizabeth, the previous night from Kion chifa restaurant which is incidentally owned by the same restaurant group. We were very fortunate indeed as we did not have reservations but the maitre d let us know that they just had a cancellation and were able to accommodate our party!

The meal started off great as we were offered six complimentary cocktails of pisco sour as we had dined at one of the restaurant groups other restaurants the previous night at Kion. For people who did not want to partake in alcohol as we just returned from hiking rainbow mountain, they offered their homemade lemonade.  The meal began with an amuse-bouche of tuna tartare topped with crispy sweet potato threads served elegantly in scallop shells. For dinner, we ordered four Maki Sushi including Including their signature roll, a bowl of ramen and a poke bowl which filled us nicely! The big surprise came at the end of the meal when they presented the bill and it was a lot less than expected!

Overall, it was an excellent dining experience. We were very pleased that the m'aitre d was able to accommodate us without reservations. Our server d'Angelo was fabulous as well!

Excellent restaurant! Sushi absolutely amazing!!! (+ gluten free soy sauce) Also the Wagyu beef dish and the dessert Suspiro Nikkei were delicious. Tea and wine also great. They were very helpful to explain what is gluten free since I am celiac. They seemed to be very knowledgeable on the topic. Great kudos to our waiter D’Angelo who made this a great experience for us.

This was amazing food. I had blackened white fish and wife had a friend rice. Everything was flavored and cooked perfectly. The sparkling drinks were also delicious.
The only issue was we had to wait a lot despite it being a slow weeknight evening. Probably 15 min from seating until we were asked about drinks. Another 15 at the end when we said we were done until they bright the check. I like not being rushed, but it felt excessive.
If you want a balcony seat, you’ll need to make reservations in advance.
