When we came to the factory, a really sweet lady gave us a tour and explained how the breads are made from start to finish.  Afterward we went to the little shop, that you can see in the pictures. They sell very beautiful bracelets, necklaces, earnings, and also little animal figures. Everything is made by hand as you will learn during the tour.

I took a tour of the factory which was very interesting. Philip was a helpful guide and answered all my questions. There is a nice gift shop where you can buy finished jewelry as well as individual beads. This is a great way to support local!

Is a must if you come to Nairobi in Karen area. You can see what smart people with big hearts can do for the community ( in this case for single moms ). They deserve our greatest respect, the ladies there are hard working and very good at what they do 🤗

With a lot of love and care they make here the most beautiful, handmade jewelry.
All beads are handmade and handpainted.
