We ordered the traditional whole lamb cooked in the Moroccan ground oven. It was tender and a big surprise as it was served with all of the bone, fat and cartilage. It was a delightful experience; the lamb was tender and juicy. We ordered Moroccan salad as sides. The also served bread to go with the meat
