Palais Jad Mahal had been on my list ever since I first stepped into Marrakech. It is a well-known place, and you will often hear and read about it if you're searching for places to eat out in Marrakech. This is largely due to the fact that it has been around for more than 12 years and occupies a prime spot in Hivernage.

The restaurant has a bold design and nice interior, especially the huge mirrors, which were stunning. The food was good, and the prices were slightly above average for a similar dining experience in Marrakech. For me personally, the highlight was the oriental dancers and the Moroccan tray dancers. The rest of the show wasn’t quite to my taste, but others might enjoy it. All in all, we had a beautiful evening.

You don’t come here for the dinner, but for the shows. Anyways, I’ll start off with ñfood. They have a small selection, I had the Tallin. To be fair, I ended up having this many more times over my stay, so comparatively, this was one of the worse ones I had, but still nice.

The drinks are expensive, as is to be expected. There is no point in overpaying for okay wine. The cocktails on the other hand are very good, you should attempt to try as many as you can. Altogether I managed to try 4 of them, all delicious.

The real reason you have to go to Palais Jad Mahal is for the shows they put on. From a certain time, every few minutes they have a new spectacle, each as thrilling as the last.

Then towards the end they have some live performers singing. What I found interesting, and as it turns out quite enjoyable, is that there wasn’t a set style of song, but rather there was a mix of performers with different voices. This made for a great end to our evening.

One of good club to enjoy live music also prefer to have a table in front thou they charge but worth it!!

As always, amazing experience. Dancers, servers and even the reception was perfect. The ambiance is wonderful for a couple or even to spend with friends. Noting to say, don’t hesitate. The food was greats as well !

Food was just alright but after 11pm, the whole vibe just changes. It becomes a live band party area. The band was undoubtedly the best I have seen in any restourant. You should go here to experience the environment!
