Beautiful facility, the indoor and outdoor pool were picturesque.

The treatments: body massage and body scrub were extremely underwhelming, which was our primary reason for going.

If you’re looking for a relaxing experience out of the city, I would say it is worth the visit, if you are however looking for high quality treatments I would say to look elsewhere.

I recently visited Santé Wellness Spa for my fiancé’s birthday and booked the Half-Day Couples Experience. While the atmosphere was incredibly calming and peaceful, I was disappointed that there was no acknowledgment of the occasion, even though I had mentioned it during the booking process.

The experience included a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute scalp massage. My fiancé thoroughly enjoyed his treatment with Monecia, but unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. My massage therapist, Tamara, repeatedly paused to use her phone, which was obvious as she was massaging with just one hand for a significant portion of the session. This was distracting and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.

While the spa itself is beautiful and offers a serene environment, the lack of attention to detail and professionalism from my therapist left me disappointed. For the price and reputation of the spa, I expected a much higher level of service.

A wonderful wellness center with all the essentials for healing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a unique health, technical center, keeping you free from allopathic pills. The foods are strictly catered for the needs of the patients. You are surrounded by nature, water and birds. It is indeed an ideal place for treatment, healing and peace.

Only spoke to the receptionist over the phone and she was extremely rude.
Would have been our first time at this Spa and will honestly not visit it in the future if this is the type service we will receive.

Poor experience in that I was directed to a malfunctioning steam room with paint peeling off the walls, which I was later told needed to be closed for maintenance. I waited in the room for 30 minutes until I realised it would never heat up fully. My therapist was then late and the sea weed wrap she planned for me did not have actual sea weed. The second option she brought me had the exact same ingredients as the first, which management explained was a printing error on the bottles. Had I not checked the ingredients this would not have been picked up. The chef did not cater to my dietary requests despite my booking form being sent through prior with these details. I spoke with him to explain why grilled vegetables alone do not make a vegan meal, but he needed to clock off and could not make me anything further until 3 hours later wherein i received mini sandwiches and nuts. I purchased additional snacks at the gift store which were not added to my bill until I reminded them to at check out. Worse still, the Reservations Manager I shared this feedback with does not seem to understand why a 24-hour hour stay with this many issues at a 5-star spa, is a problem, especially for a first time guest. I won't be going back despite great efforts from Bernhardt and Alethu to assist. I would highly recommend better customer service from Marthie when issues are raised. To confirm, I was a corporate guest.
