What an experience. We came without an reservation. There was a waiting time of 30minutes that we spent in the Bar that is associated with the restaurant on the other side of the road. Our orders were already taken in the Bar and the Food was ready on our table minutes after we were seated. Great service. Great Food for a (now) very good price compared to a lot of other places who immensely raised their prices.

An all around amazing restaurant. We came without a reservation with a toddler and the staff was just amazing. From the attention to not put the cutlery in his range to an extra starter plate with fresh fruit for him to keeping him busy while we had our mains and he was getting tired. The food itself is fantastic! Amazing dishes, perfectly executed. Recommend this to anyone who is visiting or living in Capetown.

This is my first ever Google review, and I couldn't think of a more fitting time to do it!

We came for my partner's birthday and the evening was excellent. The food was incredibly balanced, and the service was superb! Will definitely be back and I urge you all to consider the place!

We came looking specifically for a watermelon salad… (thought emerged on a hike). In the past I have had amazing ones (in Georgia - the country Not the state and Spain). Usually finely  cubed watermelon, with herbs (one: coriander or mint or basil). With very thinly chopped red onion and soft flack feta. as well as finely chopped capers.

What we got was ok (hence the score) probably without the expectation would have been better.  With the watermelon in their whole the feta is not able to get all over. The feta on its own was really amazing the olives also compliment (as an alternate to capers). But there was something missing :)

Atmosphere is amazing. Service superb. The other meals other people had also looked stunning.

I ordered the Vietnamese chicken. Highly recommend! Wow. The balance of flavors was with a slightly sour sauce was the magic on top. Tender chicken. An absolute delight. My colleague ordered the seared tuna which was fresh and tasty as well, already tucked into it when I took the photo. We also ordered their cheesecake which was light and not too sweet, one of the best I've had. You need to make a reservation, it was full on a Monday!
