Sometimes you have the most enjoyable experiences when you have no expectations - a mead tasting with Ernst from Cape Town Mead company was one those experiences. What and incredibly enjoyable and educational few hours. From MCC mead, ales, warm mead and liqueurs… love it.

The guide (Ernst and owner) was extremely knowledgeable, and it was great to listen to his narrations about the mead-making process and the African origin of mead.
