I absolutely love this venue! It is quirky, intimate, toilets are clean, drinks are well-priced and it draws a nice crowd. Most mindful mosh pit ever! 🤣

My review is based off an event I attended at the club and not the club itself.
Service was good. Abit pricey on the water.. but bouncers were friendly (but maybe they're also based off events). Atmosphere was great (mainly because it was all people who actually love the music of thr event). Would do another Cherch at District 👍🏾.

So where do I start. The confusion with our tickets when entering  and the lack of understanding where to go because there was a mix up with our tables. We then order juice for the table and had to an extreme amount as no one communicated that the gratuity was not covered in the deposit of the table we had reserved. Management was amazing and explained the t&c's, However I still don't think it's suffice as if we had known we wouldve done the obvious which is to order directly from the bar instead of using the service of waiter/waitress. I feel disappointed as it was my first experience and I was hoping to have a great, care free evening.

The sound is really bad, the drink prices have no consistency (we paid R68 first round, second round for the same 2 drinks we were charged 85), bar tenders seem to add tips for themselves.

There is a designated smoking area, which we were decent enough to use, however, the rest of the corwd does not have this common decency and smoke on the dance floor, with no interference from staff.
