Had a wonderful experience with the set menu and wine tasting, which is a weekly offering. The restaurant has a warm, lounge-like ambiance—tasteful and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The sommelier from La Motte Winery was knowledgeable and friendly, and really elevated the experience.The wines were excellent. The chardonnay was my favourite and I ordered more of that.

The starter, while delicious, could have been more generous—the small but tasty sundried tomato pastry could have been twice the size; instead of a single arancini, three would have been ideal, as well as adding balance to the plate. The ribeye steak, however, was cooked to perfection.

Overall, a lovely experience with great value at R300 per person. Would definitely return!

The skin color does play a lot in getting the service you deserve. Personal experience.
Bar,waitrons very lovely. Management is not so welcoming. Atmosphere good, but the idea you are being watched due to the color of  your skin is a downer. We were a few that noticed this. This is my second review of this facility. So definitely, when a crowd is present of color, the service and atmosphere change. But a lovely place.

Visited on a Wednesday evening for their wine tasting special. Incredible value for money at only R220 for a three course meal with free wine tasting. The food was delicious, hot, well presented and good portions. The staff are friendly and attentive. Loud music is playing as this is a cocktail bar. The wine tasting brand changes once a month but you can enjoy the special every Wednesday. Parking outside is limited so try to arrive early around 6pm. The seating is comfortable and allows for tables for couples or large groups of people. The decor is old school Hollywood with a touch of 1900s London. I had a lovely evening and will be back!

To the friendly and welcoming staff all round My Mrs and Myself had a fantastic evening at your venue. Awesome food and a great atmosphere with a good DJ. Wednesday wine paring food is 5*, Chef deserves a medal excellent. Beyerskloof Wine estate did an amazing job. Value for money this is Cape Town best kept secret. Sadly the service is beyond bad, shocking unacceptable the waitrons literally have no clue, untrained and uninterested sad guys you let the whole show down
