Excellent little brewery tucked inside Contermanskloof farm. It's around 1.5 km from the main road. The inside road is a dirt road but okay to drive with any car. They have a very limited menu mostly beer and pizzas. The beers were great and the pizzas exceptional. The atmosphere is also very nice.

If you're a craft beer lover, this place is a must-visit! The beers are absolutely top-notch, and you can taste the quality in every pour.

Set on a beautiful farm, the vibe here is always relaxed and welcoming. They’ve got an awesome play area for kids, so it’s perfect for families.

And the pizzas? Hands down some of the best I've had! Fresh, tasty, and perfectly paired with their amazing brews.

Amazing venue with some great craft beer options. Their IPA is my absolute favourite! Staff are also exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to assist with anything!

Nice hidden gem.

The establishment had a great vibe and very lively.

We did the beer tasting, and they have some great beer. Good beer selection to choose from.

There are good options in terms of pizza’s as well.

I am glad to say that since my last visit to Starke Brews, they have only grown and exceeded all my expectations. The brewery itself is a great spot for families and beer enthusiasts alike. As a parent of young children, I was very glad to be able to boot a table within the kids' play area. There are a couple of shaded tables allowing you to keep an eye on your kids while enjoying the brewery's craft beers. For those without kids, there is also an area away from the screaming kids to relax and unwind. The brewery has a nice selection of beers available, and I really enjoyed everything I tried. While enjoying the beers, we decided to grab one of their Sassy Salami pizzas, which was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. There are even soft drinks and ice cream available, ensuring everyone, including the kids, are catered for. To round everything off, the friendly and efficient staff, combined with the live music, created a fun and energetic atmosphere. It is good to note, the gravel road leading to the brewery was in decent condition, easily accessible for most vehicles. Overall, I had a great time at Starke Brews and was very impressed to see how much they have improved since my last visit.
