Table Mountain Abseil was a very great time propelling down the mountain side. It was so much fun and it is very very high! You have to be in someone good shape to be able to do this.
It is a lot of hand strength to get all the way down to the bottom. If you are looking for a venture this is really one of the best things to do while you are on top of a massive mountain.
It has some of the best views in the world, being on top of Cape Town made it such a gorgeous view.
We definitely recommend if you are in Cape Town South Africa that you must try this.

Visiting table mountain is a must during your trip to cape town 😀, they said its one of the modern wonders and it really worth the visit, you will be lucky if you are there in sunny 🌞 day to explore the city from above, there you can go hiking and paragliding.
There are a restaurant and gift shop with good prices.
I highly recommend 👌

They went above and beyond on everything. I got to Table Mountain and saw that they did abseiling. They answered all of my questions that convinced me to go.

The safety briefing was great. Ropes and equipment looked great. They had an excellent belayer for me. I felt so safe that I wasn't too freaked out to do it.

The views are gorgeous. It's a must do. At one point, you're in the air. It's a thrill. The staff sent me a ton of great videos and pictures of it. Everyone was so friendly. They seemed happy to share their world with you.

The hike up is about 30 minutes back up. You will have to do some scrambling. Bring water. I would highly recommend this tour group.  Now all I've been thinking about is rappelling and rock climbing. You'll be addicted. This abseiling is a must and should be on everyone's bucket list.

The walk back up isn't aided, my partner was missing for over an hour and they didn't care at all. Showed no concern or helped me at all.
They also kept my GoPro bindings for themselves.
Easily the worst experience in this otherwise beautiful city
