We had the pleasure of attending a 50th birthday celebration at this venue and what an awesome dining experience.

The staff are really organised, well presented and attentive. I had the steak and crème brulé as a lunch option. The steak could be cut with a butter knife, that is how soft it was.It was possibly one of the best steaks I had in a while.Dessert was fantastic.

This is definitely a great lunch and supper option if you are in the area. It is a hotel so they should have a breakfast option but I did not get a chance to see it.

The Management team on the day ( I think it was the managers) checked in on the guests regularly from what I could see and stopped to have a chat with people to ask about their experience.

Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a great dining experience

Absolutely amazing spa experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Every detail, from the soothing music to the luxurious amenities, made it a truly relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! 10 🌟 service!

I have been to many spa’s in many countries and every time I come home, I choose Silver Forest for my spa treatments. The staff are always friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, tranquil and super warm with a relaxing sauna and steam room area which you can use before or after treatments. I highly recommend Silver Forest.

The SPA is WORLD CLASS. I have had many treatments here . The facial I received recently was incredible and I really saw the difference and felt younger and skin brighter. Highly recommend.

I also got my pedicure afterwards it was amazing lovely massage beautiful paint and lots of nice touches such as cooling neck bag it was a hot day..

Not very impressed with this establishment. Booked a friend and I for a spa pedicure. It sounded like it was going to be a wonderful experience from the Spa Menu online but turned out to be a complete disaster. This was a spoil for my friend and my first pedicure experience. No communication from the Therapists. Got cut three times on three different toes. No apologies, nothing. My friend also had issues that she brought to her Therapist's attention - blatantly ignored. We both felt like liabilities in the Spa. We were also offered cocktails to purchase from the restaurant - waited forever. We were definitely forgotten about. Back and forth emails of how they want to make it up to us by offering redos and restaurant vouchers. Honestly, I'm not interested. The first experience was a disappointment and has left a bad lasting impression.
