Jag ringde till butiken klockan 11.00 den 30 oktober 2019 för att beställa en beställning som jag skulle samla klockan 13.00. Jag pratade med en gentleman som heter Ntlantla som var mycket hjälpsam och hjälpte mig att beställa och gav mig mitt beställningsnummer som var 1756. Jag åkte till andra butiker för att samla in mina beställningar som jag kom dit och mina beställningar väntade på mig och jag betalade och lämnade, men när jag kom till Nandos fick jag höra att min beställning ännu inte är förberedd så jag måste vänta. Vid denna tidpunkt blev jag väldigt irriterad, för vad var då poängen att ringa för hand om jag var tvungen att vänta på att min beställning skulle vara förberedd medan jag ringde tidigare? Kom ihåg att detta var för ett mycket viktigt ledningsmöte och lunch behövde serveras klockan 13:30. Jag fortsatte att vänta i goda 10 minuter och de damen som delade ut beställningarna när jag frågade henne var min beställning, hon sa bara att jag måste vänta, full av attityd och hon gick till baksidan. Jag är mycket äcklad av tjänsten i den här butiken.

Det var sent så vi ville ha något snabbt att äta utan att gå för den traditionella hamburgare och pommes frites. Vi provade Nandos men inte kunde fatta hur hemsk den gummiaktiga kyckling smakade som. Det fanns 5 av oss, vi hade varje beställde sth olika och alla hatade det. Inte att nämna det faktum att det tog dem 33 minut till förbereda vår beställning. Aldrig igen!

Det förlängda undsättningsstödet lämnade mycket att önska i jämförelse med de försäljningsställen som vi besöker ofta i Durban. Som beviljats det finns ingen sitta ner faciliteter och du flytta till den mat court att äta men det finns inga tallrikar som tillhandahålls för en att äta i, om huruvida porslin eller papper. Så att du äter från pappret väska! ! ! Extra såser alltid tillgängliga på den sitta - ins i Durban, men inte här. Personalen i stället långsam och en dålig upplevelse överlag.

Är extremt upptagen restaurangavdelningen men Nandos branch lyckas ändå att leverera god mat. Det läget i inte perfekt för en typisk Nando's men de ger dig papperstallrikar att njuta av din mat och är mycket trevlig

Jag hade oturen att gå på personalen middag tid ... Verkar Det som. Jag var tvungen att vänta medan 4+ personalen hade sina måltider serveras innan min beställning. E fel drinkar och ignorerade mig när jag försökte få dem swopped för vad som var på beställning. Maten var OK, men inte så bra som jag har kommit att förvänta sig av en Nandos.

Inget speciellt, det är en take away. Medelmåttig service och min mat var kall, när jag klagade, det var som om jag var från en annan planet.
