Jag tror att i augusti månad åt jag där 3 gånger Två gånger för lunch och en gång (en första) för en romantisk middag Michelle - den fantastiska inneboende kocken är lika gudomlig personligen som hennes mat är utsökt! Servicen är alltid utmärkt! ! All deras personal är bara super vänlig och professionell Jag har provat så mycket på deras meny men kan starkt rekommendera följande Sirloin (enastående) , Regnbåge med smaskigaste moset någonsin , Quinoasallad , Lever & Lök , dagens fisk ! ! ! Vi åt den godaste lunchen på kvinnodagen på The Stables Restaurant. Det var en fast meny curerad av kock Michelle Barry och det var utsökt - man kunde ha slickat hela tallriken efter huvudrätten måltid! Restaurangen var full av aktivitet trots det kraftiga regnet ute och vinet flödade! Vi kommer definitivt att vara tillbaka i sommar!

Den 2 augusti 2025 åt vi den underbaraste lunchen på The Stables. En viktig del av denna upplevelse var Personalen, från entré vid grindarna till parkering, till restaurangreceptionen. Väl sittande, Camilla såg efter vårt bord, och hennes Service var absolut 5-stjärnigt hela vägen. Vi rekommenderar starkt The Stables och Vergelegen som en destination med många enastående kvaliteter.

Efter en stor promenad runt vingården på en varm solig dag, träffade vi vår utmärkta servitris Nuhraan som berättade om söndagssteken alternativ och ett glas vin för R 295 . Jag övergav min tidigare idé om en sallad och vi valde detta alternativ. Vilken 100 % vinnare. Rostbiff, yorkshirepudding, läckra färska grönsaker inkl. en ramekin av den godaste ostiga blomkålen etc. Perfektion, precis som Nuhraan som var allt en hjälpsam men diskret servitris bör vara. Kunde inte fel eller förbättra denna underbara upplevelse på Stall och Verlegen.

Vilken spektakulär upplevelse! Vi anlände hit till Vergelegen idag från Durban och vi har behandlats som kungligheter och vin och middag över förväntan. Personalen är magnifik... Känns som vi har känt alla i flera år! Arnoux, Chilli, Talks och Michelle... ni har varit fantastiska! Så taggad på resten av helgen! Tack så mycket.

Bästa middag upplevelse någonsin! Kocken Michelle och hennes make David bjöd oss först på vinprovning, vi var wowed. Fick reda på den dagen de gör bröllop och såg aldrig tillbaka. Vi gifte oss på denna plats den 21 / 03 / 2025 . Det var årets bröllop som våra gäster granskade. Stort tack till Madge också för att komma igenom för oss när vädret förändrades på vår bröllopsdag. De sa att allt var perfekt. Från lokalen, renlighet, personalvänlighet. Manager Harden är bara fantastisk. Mycket gästvänliga och vänliga. Maten är fantastisk, allt på menyn är utsökt och vällagad.
