AMAZING! We had a wonderful stay in Zuri Zanzibar. The hotel is outstanding with big rooms which give you the impression to be at home. It was super clean and quiet. The restaurants offer a large variety of food with many kinds of dishes. To finish, I want to thank the best barman of the hotel: Marvin who makes amazing cocktails at the main bar. Thank you again Marvin! It was so interesting to chat with you around a nice cocktail.

We experience the bbq on Sunday evening. Amazing experience to see the sun going down and eat seafood. Large selection of fresh seafood and appetizers or dishes.
Zuri is one of the best hotel I saw there. You can follow Yoga classes for free 2 time per day. The pool is just incredible. The service is pretty helpful. I forgot sunglasses in a place and they found it back.

The rooms were amazing! Very well made. The AC over the bed was a unique touch. The bar and food, however, were extreme disappointment. There wasn’t a variety to eat at the on property restaurants and the buffet was terrible. Items served at breakfast were served again for dinner. Staff were friendly but confused and had poor communication between themselves. Check in process needs improvement. Ultimately this property lacks the personal touch for the price you pay.

A promising getaway with room for improvement.

The property itself is impeccably clean, with well-maintained facilities that exude a sense of opulence. However, despite the resort’s many strengths, there are areas that need attention, particularly in terms of hospitality. For a five-star establishment, the service fell short of expectations. We encountered several instances where miscommunication between staff led to misinformation, which, unfortunately, detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were generally polite and accommodating, the lack of coordination suggests that more training is needed to align the service with the resort’s high standards. With better communication and service improvements, it could easily elevate itself to match the expectations of a five-star luxury resort.

I was walking on the beach and I was confronted by a security stating that the beach was private and did not allow me to take photos of the beach itself if I was facing the camera onto the hotel. It’s a very draconian beach grabbing. And since then you not allowed to take photos of the beach!? It’s lot the security guys fault. It’s the policy hotel runts. It’s a very disappointing service…
