A truly exceptional, fascinating place to visit. I visited twice over two days, but could easily have come back. As someone who studied Buddhism and Hinduism at university, Angkor Wat was especially interesting, and definitely lived up to expectations! I highly recommend doing both the sunrise and sunset tours.

Incredible historic site containing many temples.  Not for the unfit to visit as there is lot of stair-stepping on uneven surfaces, and the walk even to get into the place is at least 200 yards long!   Buy a pass for two days to get the most benefit. I recommend go to Ta Prub temple is very excited.

This ancient temple structure is absolutely beautiful and steeped in history,  the stone work is stunning and the grounds amazing it is a relatively easy walk in but if you want to enter the main temple there are a lot of steep steps, if you are inclined the history and views won't disappoint,  truly loved visiting Angkor wot an experience to relish.  Highly recommend.

Visiting Angkor Wat is an incredible experience, but there are a few things to keep in mind, especially if you’re planning to go in March. The heat can be intense, so it's essential to be prepared. I found it extremely hot during my visit, which made exploring the vast temple complex more challenging. Make sure to carry a large water bottle with you, as the shops around the temple tend to charge higher prices for drinks and snacks.

The ticket to visit Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples costs around 37 dollars for a one-day pass. If you plan to explore the area over multiple days, there are separate tickets available at different prices, which you can also purchase online. This can be convenient and might save you some time at the entrance.

One of the most breathtaking moments at Angkor Wat is the sunrise. It's a must-see, but you need to get there early. I aimed to catch it at 6:00 am, but unfortunately, I missed it by just 10 minutes. If you want to witness the stunning sunrise over the temple, I recommend arriving by 5:45 am to ensure you don’t miss out on this magical sight.

Overall, Angkor Wat is a magnificent place filled with history and beauty. Despite the heat and the early morning rush, it's an experience you won't forget. Just make sure you're well-prepared, and you'll have an unforgettable visit to one of the world's most iconic historical sites.

One of the most unusual and interesting places on Earth. One of the main monuments of human civilization. The atmosphere inside is indescribable, especially if there are no tourists nearby, it seems that you are a person of antiquity and now you can meditate, and then feed the wild monkeys that jump on the roofs.
