Michelin?  Sigh... How can it be. 太难吃了！

Service quite bad...I came from a bakery shop and the staff n promoter there are more pleasant and give better service. The service crew here usually back face you, even when it is not crowded at all.

Food is terrible, and left over a lot. The cakes are not nice. The sausage rice too much oil n feel unhealthy after eating. Only good is the egg tart, and also the hand wash in toilet is good.

I have never in my life been to a Michelin place and ended up with lots of unfinished n leftover food. That's how bad this place to me is.

Luckily, there is a delicious looking unagi tempura (see my pic for the lunch place) nearby, and I will go for a proper lunch now, to wash away the poor tasting food at bingsheng.

Visited on 26th September 2024 Thursday afternoon.
It was nearing their mid shift and we were greeted by lacklustre staff who were looking forward to their mid day breaks. Food was average and overhyped. The roast combination was disappointing and filled with quite alot of fats. The char siew bao was big and texture and fillling was surpisingly nice.

A great place for dinner. All the dishes here are delicious especially the melt in your mouth char siew. A must visit restaurant whenever I’m in Guangzhou. Price are reasonable and service are great.

9/8/24: Lunch: Food is not as great as before

5* Rating in 12/2019: Friendly Customer service eventhough the front desk girl didn’t speak English. The waitress does.
The foods are Great, the only thing I don’t like is Stem Stir-fried rice noodle is too oily for me. Other than that, Everything else is Great.

Foods are given in wrong order. Dessert first, veggies followed by the rice then the meat. Food is very okay. Comments here are overhyped. Go somewhere else
