做为广州特色小吃，来尝个新鲜，拓展一下个人的食物见识，但觉得并不算特别好吃。濑粉和水菱角的汤底是一样的，含有香菇、虾米、叉烧肉碎、花生碎的浓稠米汁。濑粉和水菱角倒都是手工制作的，所以大小、长短、粗细不一，口感上，水菱角更好一些。
