Wow. The whole vibe and atmosphere of this place is amazing and magical. They have two sections, both with blue ceiling lights that are reminiscent of fireflies. Very good place for photos. We sat at the bar, which also has a huge dragonfly statue in the middle. Bartenders and wait staff were super friendly and made recommendations. We only had one drink here as their special cocktail menu was on the smaller side. They have an alcoholic rose flavored milkshake type drink that was really pretty. Too sweet for my taste but my gf liked it.

Ambiance: Nice on the inside if there's room, but since it was full, got a hallway seat. Very dark, loud, and crammed Food & drink: got 2 drinks: bell pepper and beet drinks with a small dish with prosciutto, brie, and fig jam. The crostinis were delicious! The drinks weren't that strong in alcohol, but were delicious! Never thought a bell pepper drink with pepper tequila could taste so interesting, in a good way!

You want tasty drinks with cool decor hanging over your head? No problem, but you have to look for the obscure entrance in the restored Tai Kwun complex. Oh, and you might need to wait for a free table because this spot is THRIVING with Instagrammers dying to get a pic with the sea of turquoise shades rocking the Tiffany stained glass lamps and avid bar goers desperate to see what the buzz (ha) is all about. My party of seven waited in this tiny lounge area that oversaw the actual bar space like outsiders peeping into a coveted party. To make good use of our wait time, we checked out the menu and decided on what we wanted. Once inside, everything felt really overwhelming. There was barely any space to walk around and everyone was crammed into the small area. The chatter made it hard for me to hear my friends, so this is definitely not somewhere to have an intimate conversation. The stools are soo uncomfortable and high. The cherry on top was I smelled someone's B.O. so please make sure you put on deodorant before going! It was also quite difficult to get a good picture of the lamps. Despite all that, the vibe was amazing and the staff were super friendly. All in all, it felt good to finally have a taste of Dragonfly. Speaking of taste, the drinks are so delicious! I remember I got one of the cocktails, and it might've been Mucha's Muse. We received Complimentary popcorn as well.

Headed to this place on the recommendation of a good buddy. At first glance its seems really easy to find. That was not the case by any means but I have to tell you its worth it. Its tucked away in an old prison that they have re-done. The whole area looks new with old history. Really cool spot. Had to go down some alleys and ask a few people where it was but once you find it you see why it's worth it. Its like small speak easy tucked away into a fantasy land. Dragonfly lamps overheard and small tables everywhere. As far as the drinks they were some of the best craft cocktails I've had on any trip to Hong Kong. A bit pricier than other places but the drinks were amazing. Had two drink and some great conversation. They also will supply you with an unlimited amount of spicy popcorn which is addictive. Given the chance to come back here I will return. And even bring the wife if I can next time Keep up the great work DragonFly. I'll be back. Cheers Justin

Decor & Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food/Drinks: 5/5 Pricing: 5/5 The place is small and can be a little hard to find as it's sort of tucked away. I spent a good 10 minutes roaming the area trying to find it. But once you're there they have high top tables and a bar for you to choose where to sit. It is a dimly lit room. They'll bring you a menu will their special cocktails, or regular drinks. I tried their cocktails and they're not strong but taste great! It's mixed well and very unique. It's on the more expensive side but I think for the experience it's worth it. It's a good place to go if you somewhere for an intimate date or a place to have chill conversations with a group of close friends. Also they give you a bowl of spicy popcorn which they will refill and a glass of water as well.
