Quite a pretty place, close to West lake, picturesque neighborhood.
Food is OK, not impressed much. Tom Yum soup comes in a very small bowl and is quite far from a real one.
Pizza was tasting fine, tacos were OK.
Staff was very quite and not talkative at all, menu is having an interesting design.

Great atmosphere, great food. Wonderful music, great decoration. I visited the Afternoon, but from what I heard the night is a great spot too. Close to sights, loved this place.

One of the first (western) restaurants/bars I have visited in Hangzhou and I was not dissappointed great atmosphere the top floor is great in the summer, its rooftop terrace with an amazing view. The food is pretty decent too. Place is full with social foreigners and social locals. Great place to meet and make friends. Every now and then there is live music as well.

Perfect location, friendly staff and great selection of Western and Asian dishes. Brunch menu is excellent value for money and you can stay there for up to three hours. Food quality is excellent every time. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting West Lake!

I don't think we were there at peak time. We were there from 4pm to 5:30pm on a Tuesday. Not much going on. But it was very comfortable. We played pool. The beers are friggin huge! We didn't have any food but it was a really Western place with Western food and music.
