Cool place on the bund, but the lights of the buildings on the other side of the river were turned off, so the view wasn't as great as previously.
They charge a surcharge if you sit outside at any of the tables. Whereas you can order at the bar for no extra cost. I found that weird.
Music was really good. Excellent vibe. Popular place!

The signage on the place says KEV not bar rouge, it’s a bit of a tourist trap. We ordered edemame and peanuts and it was as if someone had kept them in the fridge over night they came to the table almost frozen. We ordered a drink each and some pizza and after 45 mins we’re told we need to order more otherwise they would need us to pay and leave. On the plus side the music was great but I would not recommend this place

If you just go there for 1-2 drinks and enjoy the view it’s worth it! You can look over to the the whole „Bund“, so a view you shouldn’t miss. But there is a high order minimum if you want to sit outside on the roof top terrace and you need to order at least 3 cocktails.
Besides that there are a lot of tourists and business men, so not a nice place to stay for a long night for me.

Signature of the Bund. There top of Shanghai France Restaurant in 6th fl call Mr&Mrs Bund. Best view + fine dine here. Good music, good drink, classy. Price acceptable, start from 10$/salad and 25$/main.

This bar is called „kev“ now. Drinks are good, but rather expensive, and the view is amazing. The service is very bad though. Unmotivated, unfriendly and in order to sit outside you have to pay 10% service fee (which is too much for the little service you get)
