誤打誤撞，來到這間米其林必比登推薦的麵食店。
晚上8點打烊，我7：50進門，還是讓我點餐了。我點了最多人點的老三樣當中的素椒面。這讓我想起新店南川麵館的招牌。這碗麵很簡單，但是好吃。
另外還點了一份紅油抄手，這部分我就覺得比較普通，尤其是醬料好像還加了一匙糖，怪怪的。
店家本來似乎還有提供泡菜小菜和面水可以自取。不過，因為接近打烊時間，我也就沒有隔壁去詢問或拒用了。

By accident, I came to this noodle shop recommended by Michelin Bib Gourmand.
It closed at 8 p.m., and I walked in at 7:50, but they still asked me to order. I ordered the vegetarian pepper noodles among the three most popular dishes. This reminds me of the signboard of the new Nan Chuan Noodle House. This bowl of noodles is simple but delicious.
I also ordered a portion of red oil stir-fry, which I thought was rather ordinary, especially as the sauce seemed to have a spoonful of sugar added, which was weird.
The store seems to have provided kimchi side dishes and noodles for self-service. However, since it was close to closing time, I didn’t have anyone to ask or refuse.
