My two nights stay at W Hotel, Chengdu from 28 and 29 September was most memorable as I celebrated my 70th birthday on the 29. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast spread and loved the coffee connoisseur service and also ordered my takeaway cupuccino after breakfast. The room is spacious and well equipped with all amenities. At night, my wife and I relax ourselves at the Sparks for a relaxing drink. We will make a comeback to W Hotel

I recently visited Chengdu and stayed at the Chengdu W Hotel on October 22nd and 23rd, 2024.
I would like to take this opportunity to emphasize the excellent service provided by a staff member named 成都 WAdele. She introduced the places of interest in Chengdu in great detail.
In addition to this, she also guided me on how to take local trains and book Didi hired cars.
She was very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. I thank her and wish her success in future career.

First time visiting Chengdu, nothing better than staying in W Chengdu as the staffs are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel located at a good location.

Special shoutout to MIKI for her outstanding attitude for being so welcoming and always checking on us every single time without fail. She took the effort to remember our names and recommended us where to go.

Tried all the restaurants in the hotel and food were all great. Good job to the pastry chefs and chefs for the high tea menu. The rooftop bar is beautiful with yummy appetizers and drinks. Usual good standard for breakfast buffet👍🏼 Thanks to Sarah and Christine for good service at the lounge too

This is one of the newest W Hotels in the world. I had the pleasure to stay here for a week & must save it lives up to its brand name as the trendiest hotel among its peer. It’s located next to one of the many subway lines & is situated in the most sought-after district that is about 12km from the city centre. It has many facilities with pleasant & great quality & the staff are well presented with great courtesy. The breakfast buffet in the cafeteria are nicely done & presented with a good selection of the local & western ones. The interior design is certainly on the trendy side everywhere but might be too much a bit to my taste. For example, the dark scheme of the lift interior with dim lighting makes it hard to see the floor level signs. The other gripe is the slow in-house wifi that’s hard to watch  any video. I particularly like the poop, the sauna & steam room that are excellent designed & equipped. It’s a great 5 star hotel to stay either for a weekend or on a business trip!

Fabulous new hotel in Chengdu! Stunning decoration and awesome service. Miki at the Living Room bar is especially accommodating.
