This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service is 6 stars. All the staff are super friendly, kind, accommodating and have super warm and comfortable vibe. The room is very well designed. Takes you back to China 1000 years ago. Extremely comfortable. The whole experience is very peaceful and zen. There are two amazing restaurants in the hotel. Both are highly recommended.

Impossibly beautiful experience. Service was exceptional. There is a gate to the temple right next to the resort so you can visit before the hordes of tourists ruin its peace.

Quiet location short ride away from 西湖. Next to 灵隐寺 which guests will have direct access to. Service was personalised and attentive. Rooms are huge and some adjoining their own 龙井 fields. Overall, would recommend a stay for couple of days here for the tranquility.

1. Location : away from city center. Surrounded by trees, Buddhist temples, tea plantation.
2. Rooms : clean and tidy. Village houses feel. A very big super King size bed. Spacious room. 70 square meter.
3. Service : Aman famous with their excellent services. There are 2 friendly resident cat 李逍遥&赵灵儿always follow the staffs.
4. Food. They have few restaurants. Breakfast serve both local and western food. Serve good quality LongJing and red tea 龙井和九曲红梅. They plant it at the hotel area.
5. Environments : quite and peaceful day and night. Good place to relax. And NO TV in the our room.
6. Activities : have different daily activities in the hotel from 3-5pm depends on the schedule. Botanical garden nearby. Or can take taxi to West Lake西湖.
